What is there to know?
- The route may vary depending on weather conditions
- We recommend wearing rubber-soled shoes, sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen.
- Pets not allowed
- Shoes with heels or wooden soles (e.g. clogs) are prohibited as they could damage the vessel.
Openings
- Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 10.00 to 12.00 from May 12th to September 30th
The times and days of operation may vary throughout the year.
Meeting point
- Bardolino port, departure from the pier in front of the Hotel Catullo.
- The customer must arrive on site 10 minutes before departure. If the customer is late, the vessel will leave the port no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time or failing to show up will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation policies
- 24 hours before departure
100% penalty for cancellations within 24 hours of service or no-shows. No partial refunds are available. - In case of rain, we will notify you and you will be given the option to change your booking or request a full refund.
Please note: in the event that bad weather surprises the sailing vessel during navigation, no refund will be provided for an early return.
