- The customer must arrive on site 10 minutes before departure. If the customer is late, the vessel will leave the port no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time or failing to show up will be considered a no-show.

Cancellation policies
- 24 hours before departure
- 100% penalty for cancellations within 24 hours of service or no-shows. No partial refunds are available.
- In case of rain, we will notify you. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to modify your reservation or request a full refund.
Please note: in the event that bad weather surprises the sailing vessel during navigation, no refund will be provided for an early return.
Safety regulations
- Shoes with heels or wooden soles (e.g. clogs) are prohibited as they could damage the vessel.
